Our history
Everything began in 1948, when my father, Osvaldo Fuenzalida Correa, opened the Real estate agency called St Martin. Years have gone by and today we have offices placed in Santiago and Viña del Mar’s hot spots. In addition we have inaugurated offices in suburbs and regions with an important real-estate growth like La Florida and Maipú.
Our Team
We work with a wide range of professionals: engineers, architects, builders and attorneys. If you want to buy, sell or hire a property our team gives you an integrated service. In addition, we offer all kinds of legal, tributary and investment advising in order for your project to reach its goal.
What makes us different?
We are different in many ways. First of all, we possess professionalism. Secondly, we have engineers, attorneys, auditors, professional and qualified managers adhered to deep ethics and honesty so this gives us a head start when managing our offices.
We do not launch offices just for the sake of it. We have more than 100 annual interviews requesting franchise permits and we have only admitted 3% of these petitions. The main reason is that the new franchisees have to have the desire to triumph. All our branches are real-estate management companies, which must respond to our brand and image.
Our organization relies on a Branch manager that runs the administration of each one of these offices and at the same time trains the personnel.
